Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Internal communications campaigns manager to join our dynamic corporate communications team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the B2B sector, and will play a crucial role in deploying internal communication campaigns, and providing editorial support. This multi-skilled professional will act as the right-hand of the Head of Internal communications and publications.

 

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Deployment:

Plan, develop, and execute customized internal corporate communication campaigns to engage and inform employees across the organization

Editorial Support: Create, edit, and distribute internal communications materials such as emailing, video scripts, intranet content, and executive messages

Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Internal communications and publications in developing and implementing communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and values

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments (People and culture, digital, sustainability, QHSES, legal teams and others) to gather information and ensure effective communication across the organization

Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management

Brand Compliance: Work closely with creative teams to appropriately brand the campaigns

Network animation: Support Corporate communications VP & Head of Internal communications and publications in coordination the communications network

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in internal communications and event management ideally for a B2B company in the energy industry, working with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones, and for a large organization

Education: Higher education in communications, public relations or marketing

Solid editorial skills, both in French and English (oral and written proficiency in both languages imperative). General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial

Prior management of complex projects with excellent organizational and project management, problem-solving abilities

Flexible team-player who can establish positive relationships and work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across the organization and at all levels

Good sense of humor and positive mindset
